30 Days Challenge

  In the 30 days, my first challenge is get up at 7:ooa.m., and make a sandwich for breakfast everyday. my second challenge is reading a book about 200 pages ,I should read about 7 pages for everyday. my third challenge is exrcise. I will run about 15 minutes each day. If I keep do the three things for 30 days. I will have a big change.
